Google Apps 將支援所有 Google 服務 - Google

我稍微簡單分享我最近所做的設定
1.在google apps的admin信箱收到標題如下的信件：
Google Apps Trusted Tester – New infrastructure for Google Apps accounts

大意就是：Google Apps的帳戶經過一個整合的動作也可以讓使用者自行使用
Blogger, Reader, Picasa Web Albums, AdWords等服務。

然後在 http://goo.gl/zLZO 這個表單填寫了資料後送出，
就可以取得整合帳戶的試用資格。(若沒收到信也可以去留資料)

2.過了幾天會收到另一封信：
Action required: more Google applications available from your Google Apps
accounts

然後使用Apps該網域管理者進入信箱，切換至「管理此網域」(即應用服務的)
會在管理畫面出現慌色區塊的提示，照著做
1 Understand the transition
2 Review new services
3 Notify conflicting accounts
4 Select users
5 Confirm
大約在第4步驟要注意設定值是要全部使用者會是指定部分使用者先轉換

若跳過不轉換，之後再重新進入的話則會有下列的提示(因為我是上班的時候用，還來
不及記錄，現在都是出現提醒的畫面，不過我另一個網域已經設定成功了)

當時我是用Google瀏覽器同時開著Gmail跟自己網域的信箱，設定完要整合的動作之後，
Gmail會自動轉成為自己網域的信箱，換句話說，用自己網域的信箱就可以直接登入
Google(首頁登入)的服務了。

3.但是我習慣同時開Gmail跟自己網域信箱，但是整合之後便不能同時使用，所以還要利
用Gmail多重登入的設定可以達到

心得：會影響本身已經使用Gmail的使用者，所以在設定同時可能還得進行教育訓練，
避免使用者反應問題出來。若使用該網域的使用者學習力強，或者都沒Gmail帳戶，
那就可以把該網域帳戶信箱視為Gmail帳戶來使用，也滿方便的。
