google chrome完全無法連上任何網頁 - Google

大家好，想請問一下有沒有解決的方法？

我的google chrome沒有辦法連上任何網頁，會出現錯誤訊息
"錯誤 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): 未知的錯誤。"

但用IE或Firefox 就沒有任何問題，於是我試了官網上網友教
的各種方法，也試了官網提供的解決方法，甚至將它移除再重
灌，結果都沒有成功，還是無法連上網頁，不知大家有沒有什
麼可以解決的方法，謝謝！

不好意思，我的google chrome這幾天好像出現了一些小問題... 就是我google chrome的首頁是一些我自訂的bookmark, 但我現在從首頁點那些我常去的網頁時，網頁可以開，但是就無法顯示出網址？ 比如說我從我的首頁那邊點了facebook的連結，可以連到該網頁， 繼續瀏覽到其他網頁也沒問 ...
