grub error 13 無法進入xp - Linux

ubuntu幫我灌的grub xp選項無法進入xp
每次進去都顯示 error 13:invalid or unsupported executable format
menu.lst下 windows xp選項內容如下:
title windows xp
root (hd0,0)
savedefault
makeactive
map (hd0,0)(hd3,0)
map (hd3,0)(hd0,0)
chainloader +1

小弟有4顆硬碟 皆為ata133 接頭
xp磁碟管理的代號
磁碟0(c:) 安裝xp ntfs <--------接在主機板上ata
磁碟1 安裝ubuntu ext3 <──┐
磁碟2(d:) 下載用硬碟 ntfs <──┤
磁碟3(e:) 資料 ntfs <──┴─接在另外的ata控制卡上

請問我該如何修改，才能讓grub的xp選項能開機呢? 最近一直都用改bios的方式
切換系統，頗麻煩。先謝謝。
另外，我要怎麼知道，grub裡的(hd0,0)(hd3,0)各代表哪顆硬碟呢?
