healthkit and backup - iOS

If you're not using iCloud, you can back up your health data with iTunes if
you select "Encrypt iPhone backup" in the Summary tab.

重點就是本機備份必須要開啟「加密備份」才會連 healthkit 的資料一起備份。

之前一直在找為什麼沒有被備份到 orz。
（不過個別 app 的資料仍是有備份的）



個人目前用的 app 有支援 healthkit 的只有下面這兩個：

（剛剛發現我買的兩天後就漲價了 0.0）

之前原本用 azumio 的 Argus，可是他一直沒推出更新支援 healthkit（官網Q&A說將來
會支援）所以我就把它給刪了。
