how to fix the service 工作排程器 - Windows

sorry for using english, i CANNOT type chinese right now

but you may reply in chinese, i can see it.


my computer had said that service 工作排程器 had broken down

and i found i CAN'T use IME. it means i can't type chinese

(because IME relies on service 工作排程器)

i had tried to logout and re-login, but it takes no effect

i had tried to restart my computer, but it takes no effect

i had tried to restart the service with GUI, but i can't click the buttons

but it said i don't have the rights to stop it.
