HP Photosmart 3310 掃描器故障 DIY 修復 - 印表機

適用 : Photosmart all-in-one 系列, 已過保想自己 DIY 修復的.

問題 : 開機時, 掃描器的燈光 Bar, 會在右側出來的地方,
反覆的左右短距離移動, 最後會卡在要出來的地方,
同時出現掃描器錯誤的訊息. ( 燈光仍可亮表示燈管沒壞 )

原因 : 掃描器啟始的時候, 會去偵測玻璃墊右側底部的一條黑白條紋貼紙,
當作歸零的定位點. 如果偵測不到, 就會出現上面的問題.

偵測不到的原因 :

1. 玻璃墊底部右側的黑白條紋因為污垢濕氣灰塵造成對比不明.
2. 掃描器本身的燈光, 讀取頭, 鏡子卡污垢造成偵測力下降.

解決 : 1. 印表機電源拔除. 把上蓋掀起, 上蓋後方的小電源線拔除.
上蓋與主機連結的地方左右有圓形的卡筍,
把主機的卡筍向內撥就可以讓卡筍脫出, 移除上蓋.
2. 前方兩個, 後方三個 T10 星形螺絲移除.
( 後方有一個比較不好找, 隱藏在中央上下蓋連接處的底部 )
3. 輕輕的把玻璃墊連同周圍的塑膠框往上扳,
就可以把玻璃墊移除並翻面.
4. 用嬰兒柔濕巾把玻璃墊擦乾淨, 特別是底部右側那條黑白貼紙處,
注意不要把貼紙擦掉了. 如果你要把玻璃整個拆下來也行,
有兩個卡筍一個鐵片扳開即可, 注意不要打破了.

如果你只是玻璃墊髒了想清, 做到這一步驟即可.

5. 清理掃描器. 掃描器由兩個白色的塑膠圓弧架在金屬棒上,
然後中央一個有黑色凹槽夾住齒輪狀傳動皮帶來移動.

先清理掃描器下方 :
把掃描器輕輕向上提起然後翻面, 注意有一片薄薄的排線不要拉壞了.
用手電筒燈光可以看到兩條長長的鏡子, 上面沾有灰塵污垢,
用棉枝沾酒精或是纏住嬰兒濕紙巾, 擦拭乾淨.

接著清理上方 :
有燈管, 燈管的下方有讀取頭與兩面鏡子,
盡可能的用棉枝深入擦拭乾淨. ( 拆燈管清鏡面難度較高, 故略去 )

清理完將掃描器歸位. 注意先將傳動皮帶卡入掃描器的黑色凹槽,
固定住再把白色塑膠圓弧架在金屬棒上.

6. 依之前步驟復原, 重開機.

7. 如果還是不行, 試著 hard reset 開機
( OK,cancel, 黑白, 彩色 4鈕押著, 再按關機, 然後重開機 )

8. 再不行就送修吧.... Orz

這問題似乎是 HP 硬體設計上的 bug !? 很多老外中招
不曉得國內有人遇過類似問題嗎 ?

2. 拆玻璃墊法

This solution is for the HP 3310 all-in-one.
How to clean under the glass.

1. Find the small wire that runs from the lid to a jack on the back and
disconnect it, un-clip the wire from the holders and let it hang free.

2. Lift the lid and pull it straight up about 3/4 of an inch, you will see
two indents in the hinge, push these one at a time to release the lid.
Remove it completely.

3. 3 screws are located under the hinge, remove them as well as the
two in the front.

4. In the back, gently pull on the silver end pieces to release the top
from the unit.

5. You can now turn it over to clean the glass.
6. to reinstall reverse the steps and remember to plug the jack back in.
That's it, easy when you know how. Pay HP service nothing!
