The issue was that the site made it appear to be an HTC site by using HTC in
the domain name and HTC logos. Otherwise it would not have been taken down.

也就是說:如果不是搞這種飛機 HTC不會要求撤下ROM/RUU

雖然不是正式 不過算是個解答吧
