I can't type chinese after renew - Windows

Table of Contents

My computer can't type chinese after microsoft auto-renew system.
I also try on Note, it still shut down any progrem.
Then I check with C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe, it is already there.

What can I do to get the chinese back
