I can't type chinese in PTT - Windows

Hey~ guys

I can't type chinese after I reboot the windows7 RC x64.

and I've upgrate windows with chinese version.



I can type and read chinese in all of the windows or websites.

but i can't type chinese only in PTT

I've set my region as "Taiwan"

and the keyboard set chinese(traditional) either.

Can you help me><....PLZ~~!!!!
