I just bought this nb in 2010 December

why it have the same problem like the old computer?

How can I solve this problem?

ctfmon.exe是windows的輸入法管理程式

我遇過幾台電腦，一定要把ctfmon.exe手動啟動
丟到啟動資料夾，或者寫成reg都可
