I can't type chinese in Win7

I just bought this nb in 2010 December

why it have the same problem like the old computer?

How can I solve this problem?

原po無法打中文可能是輸入法管理掛掉

我遇過幾台電腦，一定要把ctfmon.exe手動啟動
丟到啟動資料夾，或者寫成reg都可

「開始」裡面沒有「執行」的話參考下面微軟的教學
