I can't type Chinese on kkamn. - Windows

Hi, everyone

My laptop is Asus K40IJ. (Win 7)

And I use kkman for software.

I try to type Chinese to post articles

but it always shows question marks when I typing Chinese.

like this: ?? ??

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
