IE9使用中出現停止回應 - Windows

我的是windows 7 32 bit 和internet explorer 9
常常在使用一段時間 特別是開數個分業後出現

想試過升級 windows官方網站說我的程式較新不能升級

請問那個視窗的問題是甚麼原因
怎麼解決
有辦法強制升級或降級改IE8嗎
