由先前的資訊可以知道
Intel 和美光首先會推出 32 層 256Gb/32GB MLC 版本
改成 TLC 後容量可進一步達到 384Gb/48GB
2mm 厚度就能塞下 1TB 的容量,而終極目標是推出 10TB 以上的 SSD
根據 AnandTech 的資料,為了提高容量密度
他們的這款 3D NAND 每 die 內部將會使用 4-plane 的設計
雖然會帶來額外的延時,但同時也提供比目前 2-plane 設計高 1 倍的讀寫吞吐量
Intel 和美光表示
他們的 3D NAND 的電荷儲存量和當年 50nm 節點產品相當,甚至稍微多些
是目前 16nm 節點的 10 倍,性能和可靠度都得到了保證
至於耐用度部分,美光表示他們初期會將壽命定在 3000 次刷寫週期 (P/E)
