INTEL三合一遊戲包序號補發 - 3C

先前有個活動為買INTEL六代i5/i7的CPU送三合一遊戲包

內容物有戰艦世界虛寶、JUST CAUSE 3、CS:GO
但我輸入序號卻都只有戰艦世界的虛寶序號
其餘兩個遊戲都是顯示 "Temporarily out of inventory. Check back soon."
也就是沒有序號存貨可提供,稍後再來
但我已經稍後再來了十天了還是沒有序號
查了一下原價屋和欣亞的活動網頁

原價屋網頁說可能沒存貨了外加國外新年連假中
會再跟原廠反應(反應了一個禮拜沒下文)

於是我只好自立自強的在昨天(1/5)自行向原廠反應
在上面的遊戲序號註冊網頁下方有個"支援"的連結
可以在裡面向客服反應問題

請問這是什麼意思
我在買的時候還有這個活動的呀
怎麼會不給我領

然後原廠在六小時後回覆我的問題並將遊戲序號重新加入了我的註冊序號中

不知道是不是大家沒拿到遊戲序號的都有補上遊戲序號
還是只是因為我有反映才補給我
如果還是沒有,可以像我一樣自行向客服反映吧,維護自己的權益
