9.2.1 正式版還沒出來，9.3 beta 就出來了
這個版本目前已知的新功能有：
可以配對多隻 Apple Watch （Watch OS 需在 2.2 以上）
然後比較特別的是可以藉由安裝描述檔的方式，
來用 OTA 安裝這次的 beta （以往 beta 只能用 ipsw 刷）
應該是參考 Watch OS 刷 beta 的方式這樣。
是說按照這個速度下去，iOS 9 版號好像進展有點快
或許會比 iOS 8 的時候還快，最後版本可能是 iOS 9.5.x 這樣？
Update 1:
iPad 多了多人登入的功能（終於！！）
然後多了教室管理系統...電子書包終於有救了？
