iPad Pro 9.7 or 10.5 ? - iOS

工作上需要使用平板，公司規定要使用iPad(使用的平台限定iOS)，
而之前的iPad 3也太舊了, 所以打算更換
因為考量到iPad Pro可以使用Smart Keyboard，但是最新的iPad Pro又真的太貴
因此想從amazon買renewed的回來使用，看了一下iPad Pro 10.5有白斑災情,
想說就買iPad Pro 9.7好了
但看了看價格，iPad Pro 9.7 128G renewed的價格含運約11K，
iPad Pro 10.5 64G renewed含運約14K內，價差不到3K。
有使用過兩者的朋友可以推薦一下嗎？
兩者的CPU跟RAM的差距在實際體驗的差別？
或是直接台灣買iPad 2019就好？(128G新機13900元)(然後搭配藍芽鍵盤就好...)
