我用iTunes幫家人更新IPAD AIR
從IOS8更新到IOS11
但是從下載完檔案
到現在已經超過40分鐘
卻還一直是這個畫面

請問是正常現象嗎?
如果運氣真的不好 變磚了
應該還是能強制重刷吧?
