IPhone 使用4g無法連上mo ptt - iOS

想請問小弟目前使用iPhone 6s plus
門號為遠傳
使用4g上mo ptt 偶爾都會不能連
其他功能正常
換3g就正常
想請問有人遇過同樣問題嗎？
如何解決？
