機型：Iphone 6Ｓ (請使用正確名稱勿簡稱)
系統版本：ＩＯＳ １４.1(設定→一般→關於本機→版本)
問題描述：
主因為爸媽的手機，不小心升級到了ＩＯＳ１４，升級後非常的耗電，
以及觸控有點延遲。
網路查了資訊後，似乎可降版本回ＩＯＳ１３，但好像有所謂認證關閉問題。
詢問ＡＰＰＬＥ客服也沒有給予個答案。
所以想請教目前還可以利用iTunes降版本嗎？ 謝謝。
