iPhone 8 開spotify會當機 - iOS

如題
兩個多月前買的iPhone 8
剛剛打開spotify的時候
按下播放就會卡住
我怕音樂爆出來
所以把耳機調小聲
結果整個動不了
Home鍵沒用
鎖屏也是
有人也這樣嗎
怎辦
