美國消費者最滿意的手機是這支 你猜對了嗎？
「美國消費者滿意指數」（ACSI）近期公布過去一年最讓消費者滿意的智慧手機，由蘋果
的iPhone SE奪冠，而前十名的手機不是iPhone手機、就是三星的Galaxy系列手機。
ACSI在截至今年4月的一年內共針對36,194名消費者進行調查，他們針對使用者的評價和
回應為每支手機評分。在滿分100分中，iPhone SE的得分為87分，Galaxy S6 Edge+與
iPhone 7 Plus的得分均為86分，名列第二名。
前十名的手機中，iPhone手機和Galaxy系列手機各占五名。
有趣的是，iPhone SE不是蘋果最高端的智慧手機，卻能奪下冠軍寶座，反應消費者的滿
意度不一定與手機性能有關，而是手機能不能滿足使用者的需求。
