iphone6s突然發出聲音 - iOS

問題描述：
今天早上手機便開始莫名發出「開始運動」的聲音，到中午為止約四次，查看背景沒有進
行中的程式，下載跟運動有關的 程式只有Nike+，不知道怎麼回事？
Ps.有用apple watch
