iphone7 當機畫面卡住 - iOS

我確定問問題前我有爬過文、查閱過精華區與置底，我真的找不到我問題的解答。

上禮拜在開始手機在使用時有一次當機
畫面出現一個轉圈圈類似載入的符號
強制關機後再重開使用至今沒什麼問題
今天早上使用fb時 看新聞發現畫面完全卡死
無法往下拉曳
按home鍵跳出後 必須在後台關閉程式
之後按進ig、ptt也是一樣情況 畫面卡住無法往下滑
強制關機後情況有改善,但今天已經出現兩次這問題
也重開機過兩次
想請問一下各位這可能是ios11問題 還是手機本身問題需要送修看看？（已過爬文
