我確定問問題前我有爬過文、查閱過精華區與置底，我真的找不到我問題的解答。

發問請附上iOS版本、機種等相關資訊，方便板友判斷問題所在喔

手機藍芽常斷斷續續無法連結裝置，有重置網路未改善，送檢測若換修wifi ac晶片要4000元，老闆建議使用itunes還原到原廠設定試試。
頭次使用itunes備份，現在也慢速備份中，因爲手機i6 plus 128g存份大量照片和app 下載的保密影片及資料，請問大家備份檔案的程度有沒有包括舊app內的資料內容？如果還原載入備份資料是整個還原手機的全部舊檔案，還是僅聯絡人.音樂.照片.app等.
