根據體育署333及國健局動動150之每週建議運動量,JoiiSports在「個人成就」中,
設定每週運動目標,除了大家最熟悉的333之外,也有適合平日忙碌上班族的150
(一週五天,每天15分鐘),根據您當週的忙碌情況,讓您隨心選擇要達成目標的
方式,無痛養成運動習慣!

安靜心率知多少?體力變好的秘密就在這!「安靜心率」是指在清醒、不活動的安
靜狀態下,每分鐘心跳的次數。從臨床觀察來看,人體安靜狀態時心率在55~70bpm
(次/分鐘)比較理想,假如經常超過80~85 bpm就應該引起警惕!
每個人的運動目標不同,變美變瘦變壯變帥,但相同的目標都是「讓體力越來越好」。
體力說起來抽象,但是「安靜心率」的變化可就鐵證如山了。當你運動強度與時間
都達到一定標準,安靜心率將開始慢慢下降,這是最「有感」的運動成效;測量安
靜心率後,JoiiSports 還會提供由醫師顧問群提供專業的建議與回饋!
