KKMAN can't input chinese??? - 電腦

I am in USA
my computer system is vista

i can read chinese in KKMAN
but everytime i want to type chinese
after i press "enter"
it always shows ?????? insted of the chinese i typed

can anyone help me?
i tried to find some solutions online
but i counldn't find any
