line登不進去 - Android

我幫我嫂嫂問的 @@
事情是這樣發生的.....
在ipad上安裝line 登入後 我手機的line就被強迫登出
然後就把ipad的line刪除 想再登入手機的line
就登不進去 試了幾次後 就說密碼錯誤
我只好重新申請 但信箱是用同一個
結果 我原本的好友跟貼圖就都不見了
手機是安卓系統 跟蘋果系統會相衝嗎..
她有綁定信箱 但圖竟然消失了...
還蠻多付費的圖..這樣還有解決方案嗎@@
我記得有綁信箱圖都不會不見 至少我line重灌n次圖都還在
