搭配2顆Nanya NT5CB128M16BP-CG 2Gb DDR3-1333的顆粒

雖然是低價機種，Lite-On還是採用與Plextor高階SSD相同的原廠NAND Flash顆粒，
確保品質的穩定性

從PCB上印的字可以發現這片E200 SSD使用與S100 SSD相同的PCB
(S100 256GB的OEM型號為LAT-256M3S)
