mac VMware無法開啓 - 3C

因為有些程式還是只有windows版本
最近下載了VMware想要用虛擬的windows
可是開啓之後卻無法啟動windows

開啓畫面最後寫：operationg system not found
請問有沒有大大知道該如何解
