Macbook突然變慢 - MAC

我的2009小白一直以來都是很少關機的狀態，前幾天去機場接家人回來後，
隔不到兩小時的時間，使用上明顯出現LAG，原本我不以為意的重開機，
沒想到卻進入了彩虹球地獄...
出現的情況有
1.開機速度變非常慢，從登一聲到進桌面從原本約兩分鐘，變成十分鐘，剛剛重開
甚至花了二十分鐘...
2.三不五時就看到彩虹球跟你SAY HELLO（舉凡變換輸入法，開軟體，開啓Finder、打字
、開網頁、或是鼠標在Dock晃一晃就給你轉一下），而且有時候一轉就轉個三五分鐘
目前處理過的方法有
1.修復磁碟權限 - 沒用
2.清PRAM - 沒用
250GB的硬碟約剩70GB的空間，應該不會是空間不夠
這情況是不是硬碟要炸裂了...該換硬碟了嗎?
還是要先試試看重灌呢? Q.Q
