Mac無法更新？ - MAC

今天無聊點了一下software update

結果出現以下這個

Software Update can't check for updates because of a network problem.

還有一長串

"The file “index-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog”
couldn’t be found on the server “swscan.apple.com”.

有人也遇到同樣問題嗎？

上網google了一下好像目前為止都無解？
