下載後，解壓縮，執行其中的 install.reg 安裝一些機碼，再執行
madotate.exe ，右上角active視窗會多出一個按鈕，就是視窗旋轉的按鈕。而在右下角
system tray中有一個Madotate的圖示，
可以將 Settings... > Zooming > Zoom with wheel mouse 項目開啟，這樣就可以用滾
輪放大縮小旋轉後的視窗。
