mail forwarding loop for <user> - Linux

我用的系統是 centos
mail server 是 postfix-2.3.3-2.1.el5_2

事情是這樣的...

有個使用者：info ，它是公司對外的連絡窗口

而 info 的信必須 forward 給公司的業務相關人員
所以我就在 /home/info/.forward 裡寫了:
\info, john, rose, mary
(我以為加 \ 是可以防止 loop 的）

info 這個使用者常會收到退信通知

請問
1. postfix 有沒有辦法取消這種 loop 的退信通知
2. 若我的 info 需要轉信，也需要 backup 一份收到的信件，除 .forward 外，還有沒
有其他的方式可做？

我在 google 上有爬到，1 和 2 好像可以用 procmail 做，但是我看不懂具體的作法~~
不知是否有人可以好心提供一下
