manpage 裡有有亂碼 - Linux

使用 man 的時候常常會遇到奇怪的亂碼，
像是 ? 或奇怪的中文字。

是 terminial 設定的問題嗎?
我是用 pietty 連上遠端的 server (ubuntu)
