有touchbar的那台，裝了win10

1。網路線接上去，設定裡都沒有乙太網路
（win跟mac都沒有）
2。上網找驅動程式不知道載ㄌ什麼，反正都載不下來
3。網路上寫「勾選自動取得ip位址」，可是根本就搜尋不到ip呀
4。TP-Link的分享器接上後，只顯示wifi跟藍牙連線（win跟mac都沒有!），沒有區域網路之類的可以按，照說明書打192.168.1.1也什麼都沒有
嗚嗚我ㄉ人生在哭泣，求大神相助orz
