Mipony無法開啟 - 免空

無法開啟白馬
跳出視窗顯示
"unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application"

另外下載免安裝版本
甚至完全不能開啟程式
處理程序內也不見Mipony.exe

防火牆也都有設定
請問是怎樣的狀況呢?
