Netbook 灌 Win7會比較好嗎? (N450 2GB) - Windows

CPU是ATOM N450，ram有2GB。
雙核心、又有2GBram，若是桌機我會毫不猶豫地灌win7，
可是這次對象是弱弱的阿痛哥，我實在難以評估，
目前這台是灌xp，光上個網，那個效能就讓我很火大(用的是Opera)，
想知道灌了win7 64bit(有支援)，效能、功耗會有所改善嗎?
