先讓我們看看 Notability官網怎麼寫
"Handwriting Recognition and Search is still automatically included for users
who had purchased Notability prior to January 1st, 2020. If you purchased
Notability and this feature is unavailable, go to your Notability Settings >
Handwriting > and tap Restore Purchases underneath the Handwriting
Recognition banner."
=> 簡單來說，只要你是在 2020/1/1 前購買的人，就能免費取得手寫辨識功能
(***重點：包含之前2014年限免取得的)

但是大家應該都發現系統上還是要收你NT100
抱著死馬當活馬醫的心態寫信問了客服

(英文描述不佳請見諒，畢竟我英文最強的時候應該是高三考學測的時候了...)

I am a current iOS user who bought the notability app in May 2014 but the app
still asked me to buy this function through in-app purchase and I couldn't
restore purchase as described in your website.
Can you please help me to figure out what's happening?
