這邊要推一下 google 的客服與保固。
我之前在紐西蘭的時候買了一隻二手的英國 pixel，結果用了大概兩三個月就 mic 掛點
花了很多時間跟 google 周旋，最後成功出保，但是手機也是繞了地球快一圈。
因為這個問題很明顯是手機本身的瑕疵所以我一直爭取，換了好幾個客服，
本來希望的是先出保他們跨國寄送整新機給我，然後我再把我的手機送到有保固國家。
但是他們的客服好像不是很熟悉這個流程，所以跟我有一些誤會。
他們說在英國購買的手機必須要在英國出保，
而且我必須要在英國處理這個流程，即我必須要有英國的地址可以收發手機。
中間很複雜就不贅述了，有興趣的我可以把 email 翻出來。
最後他們提供了一種很神秘的作法，他們說可以幫我'移居'到我方便出保的國家
這個流程號稱一生只能跑一次，我提供了我在美國留學的朋友的聯絡資料。
完成這個流程之後我就麻煩我朋友幫我收整新品。
然後我再去他那邊把手機寄出，
而且整個流程都是有手機可以用而不需要再買一隻免洗代用機。
在台灣的流程不知道有沒有可能這樣跑，但是給各位參考看看。
