problem after the ubuntu 9.10 upgrade - Linux

Hi,

Sorry for my poor English. However, please forgive me I can't type chinese now.

I just upgrade my system to 9.10 ubuntu. Everything seems okay before I restarted

my labtop.


problem 1.

The language packet is existed but it doesn't work well.

ps: if the language packet is not installed, I can't log in the ptt and see

where is linux board and post my questions.

problem 2.

Display problem.

There is dash line lied on my screen. And I can't move my screen windows.

If I move any window, I can't see anything. The windows may show up the blank

to me.


I believe that I need someone's help
Please help me to deal with those of problems.
