小弟我的DA之前左鍵連點
因為在家時間不固定
所以請當初購買的店家幫忙送修
也付了100元的代送費
3/18(五)送修
等了幾天
3/24(四)寄信詢問店家
店家回覆在廠商那
3/29(二)寄信詢問店家
店家回覆依舊在廠商那,廠商3/19就收到了
4/ 1(五)詢問Razer
Razer回覆說3/30維修部已經將店家送修的滑鼠送回
4/ 3(日)寄信詢問店家
店家告知送修流程: USER→店家→南部經銷商→代理商(利徳)
↓
USER←店家←南部經銷商
店家告知說他們還沒收到,且因連假要等到4/6才能幫我確認並電話通知我
4/ 6(三)十分鐘前店家電話通知
告知我的滑鼠因為廠商連假前送貨delay(?),然後什麼什麼的
反正要賠我一隻新的滑鼠不帶盒
保固的話就按照原來那隻舊的算
之後就算我的DA回來(如果真的有回來的話..)也不用拿去換
直接拿隻新的給我就是
然後問我同不同意
我想想也罷
都等了這麼久了
加今天共11個工作天
Razer網站是寫7個工作天不包含運送時間啦
但我還是不懂為什麼會delay成這個樣子
不過至少明天終於可以去拿我的DA回來了
總結一句話
如果要送修就自己寄吧
應該會省時一點
只不過這次的事件讓我對Razer跟店家都失望了不少
