這是大致申請步驟與方法
其中最重要的是
1.註冊按下去之後要去啟動Registration at UGTech Support Forums
所給的Activation Instructions以活化自己於討論壇中的帳號

2.於討論壇中的帳號經activate後要請求free host時
要去http://forum.ugtech.net/index.php?showforum=33發表一篇request
內容包括
1.) Name: 姓名
2.) Username (MUST BE 8 OR LESS CHARS!): 使用者帳號
3.) Site description (~25 words is good thanks!):
你拿這個網站打算做什麼?
4.) desired subdomain (e.g. yoursite.ugtech.net) :
5.) Email Address: 電子信箱
6.) Age: 年齡
7.) Country (City to if you want): 國籍
8.) How you found out about us?: 打哪聽到他們的
9.) Your site's Language *NEW* (by language we mean english, spanish etc not
scripting languages): 網站所使用的語言
