如果你把你rapidshare的帳號分享給別人，帳號會被暫時停權。

這是早已存在的一個規定

但是，前三碼必須要一樣(否則就視為分享給不同人使用)

同時有兩個ip在(利用同個帳號)下載東西的時候

這些(上面所說的機制、規定？)就會實施
