看這行應該是你的 make.conf 出了問題吧
/etc/make.conf 貼出來看看

: Stop in /usr/ports/net-mgmt/net-snmp/work/net-snmp-5.2.3.

: Stop in /usr/ports/net-mgmt/net-snmp.
