我猜 XOOPS 需要把某些目錄設為可寫入才行 (從這個錯誤看起來應該是 smarty 放 html
的地方)，請參考 XOOPS2 的說明文件去設定目錄權限。

和 MySQL 版本一點關係也沒有...
