root Xperia XA 7.0 - Android

大家好
小弟有隻手機是Xperia XA，最想要root
上網找了教學，看到這篇：

但是試了之後不太成功，在步驟6那邊看不是很懂，

6. Power off the phone and flash ONLY "BOOT_DELIVERY" from a Marshmallow
firmware with Flashtool ( exclude all other patitions), you must only see
"boot_delivery.xml" in the "Content" column.

我用flashtool下載了firmware，但是還是沒辦法進行flash動作，
不知道有沒有那位大神成功了的，可否分享一下，謝謝。

另外問一下，root之後是不是資料都會被洗掉，是不是要備份一下。

想要root的原因是因為在玩遊戲，因為不想一直練等級，所以想要修改存檔，
但是需要root才可以。所以如果會被洗掉的話，就要備份一下了。
