S2 4.1.2 wifi 不能連leap問題 - Android

未升級之前leap wifi用leap wifi free可連
現在升級成4.1.2怎麼用都失敗
google也有人在討論這個issue
但是找不到不用root的解壓
有神人可幫忙嗎
