S3 收訊不良，軟體方面有解嗎？ - Android

最近因為家人生病住院所以常要去醫院照料
難免帶著手機去打發時間
可是很奇怪的
在同一間病房，用同一家的ISP (歡迎光臨買鳳)
S3就是收不到3G的訊號，連網頁都打不開
但是哀鳳4卻可以很正常的上FB、Line
悲劇到S3上網還要透過哀鳳當熱點......囧
請問這是個案還是S3的宿命阿？
或是S3要手動改哪些設定呢？
