SATA硬碟如何簡單的灌XP? - Windows

小弟弟因為最近購入SATA硬碟,
總算可以擺脫IDE的慢速,
不過無奈灌的過程中一直要求小弟弟放入軟碟,
要我驅動SATA硬碟,軟碟機早丟了,
所以到現在還沒擺脫IDE,
最近看了一些文章說可以用NLITE去整合安裝程式,
也有說把SATA改成IDE就可以直接安裝..
目前因為工作繁忙還沒機會去嚐試,
想請問版上前輩,
1.我的XP是最古早的版本,現在是SP3,
請問NLITE除了可以整合SATA的驅動外,還能加入升級SP1到3的功能嗎?
2.如果把SATA弄成IDE,灌好之後再把驅動程式灌入,
這樣能把IDE再換回SATA嗎??
先感謝回覆,我太久沒進入軟硬體的世界了,
希望能有前輩教導如何簡單把XP灌進SATA的方式
