SE Neo降刷過程遇到問題 - Android

觀望了很久終於決定要餵我的Neo吃ICS

但因為不想要中華客製軟體佔空間，所以想要root

我是參考這篇教程

但是在『使用Flashtool降刷4.0.3 kernel』這一步就卡關了>"<

我照教程所說的將NEO關機，按著返回鍵插回USB

可是flshtool一直出現

INFO - Device connected with USB debugging off
INFO - For 2011 devices line, be sure you are not in MTP mode

我確定我有開啟USB除錯

奇怪的點在於，如果手機開機flashtool就抓的到了

(以下是手機開機後顯示的狀態)

INFO - Device disconnected
INFO - Device connected with USB debugging on
INFO - Connected device : MT15
INFO - Installed version of busybox : N/A
INFO - Android version : 4.0.4 / kernel version : 2.6.32.9-perf

google很久找不到解答，只知道開機狀態下是不能刷的QQ

想請問有任何版友遇到一樣的情況嗎？

是否能幫我解答Orz
